Michael Indarshan started his instrumentation and electrical career 27 years ago. His strength in the areas of troubleshooting and problem solving was honed during the installation and commissioning of a wide variety of process control instrument in the sugar, gold mining and water & sewerage industries in Guyana. Michael utilized his experience and skill set again in several Department of Environmental Protection Water Pollution Control Plants located within the boroughs of New York City. Over a five years period he was involved in reviewing drawings and supervising the installation of WPCP instrumentation upgrade . These critical upgrades are geared to ensure the restoration of New York’s aquatic plant and fauna life by improving the WPCP Biological Nitrogen Removal efficiency which will ensure New York’s consent decree realization. As the owner and President of Z’s Technical Services Inc., Michael’s goal is to continue to contribute to the continually evolving commercial and domestic instrumentation needs of the consumer.
Daniel Capano has more than 30 years of experience providing instrumentation and electrical consulting services to municipalities and clients in the private sector. He focuses on the evaluation, design, construction, start up, commissioning and operation of complex control systems and related processes. Dan has participated in the design, construction and start up of over 30 separate projects involving processes as diverse as as water and waste water treatment, odor control, and utility power generation. Dan is recognized as an experienced problem solver, who has been called upon to assist in evaluating and providing solutions and advice to facilitate project schedule recovery. Dan has been published extensively. He published a textbook, “Network Cabling for Contractors” in 2000, that is used as a basic reference for entry level technicians. Dan also contributed to “The Instrument Engineer’s Handbook”, providing two chapters detailing the use of Proprietary Data Buses, and Wireless Networking Technology. Dan is owner and president of Diversified Technical Services, Inc., of Stamford, Ct, providing technical services and personnel to the industry since 1997.
